| Since January 2002 the Leage has been served by two offices to meet its diverse needs.
Administrative Director, Peter J. Berry, CAE, who is based in the US office, works closely with the Executive Committee, serving as liaison with the officers and organizing the agendas for the Executive and Management Committee meetings. Peter is also responsible for the overall management of administrative staff at the Financial Office in the US and at Headquarters in Belgium. He has over 28 years of association management experience.
The centralized Headquarters Office, located in Brussels, Belgium, is the contact for all chapters and for all League correspondence and archives. This office brings a great deal of experience in the international association management field through Nele Devolder, Assistant Administrative Director and Sofie Peters, Member Services Coordinator. The Headquarters office is able to provide the services of a multi-lingual staff that is well versed in non-profit management. Serving the needs of the Executive Committee, the headquarters staff provides administrative support for all Executive Committee functions and attends all of their meetings.
A major responsibility of the Headquarters staff is to collect accurate chapter contact and membership information. All chapters are encouraged to provide updated contact information annually. This supports the League’s efforts to increase contact with, and services to, its chapters.
The two offices are in regular contact and work closely as a team. In 2005, the offices developed a synergistic database which allows them to work collaboratively from the same program. This allows for real-time update of records, which has exponentially increased the efficiency of managing the League’s information.

Financial Office
The League’s Financial Office is based in West Hartford, Connecticut, USA. Donna Cunard, the League’s Financial Manager works from the US office to provides support to the League’s elected Treasurer for maintaining and managing all of the ILAE’s financial matters.
The US office also works with the League’s Information Officer to support web and publication services. Epigraph is produced from this office as is the Annual Report. Staff member, Cheryl-Ann Tubby, supports the Information Officer and the Web Site Task Force.
