Dianalund Summer School on EEG and Epilepsy (DSSEE) 1st edition

The first edition of the DSSEE took place at the Danish Epilepsy Centre between the 23rd – 28th July, 2012, supported by the ILAE Commission on European Affairs and the Danish Epilepsy Society. Sixteen tutors and 25 participants attended the course. Thirteen participants received bursaries.

The course was practically-oriented and highly interactive with many hands-on sessions. The main idea of the course was to bridge the gap between epileptologists and neurophysiologists. Therefore topics both in the realm of signal analysis and topics related to seizure semiology and clinical significance of EEG findings were covered during the course.
