In memoriam: Augustine Mugarura

We regret to announce that Augustine Mugarura, Secretary General of the Uganda League Against Epilepsy, passed away in October 2018.

In addition to his role with the ILAE, he was the  long-standing director of the Epilepsy Support Association Uganda (ESAU). He also led the IBE chapter in Uganda for many years, introducing projects to improve the quality of lives of people with epilepsy through training and education
