Leadership Development Scholarship

As of April 1, 2020, ILAE's Leadership Development program has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Watch for revised announcements when the congress schedules for the next two years have been finalized.

Program description

ILAE created the Leadership Development Award to support the preparation and advancement of emerging early career physician leaders from ILAE chapters worldwide. It provides a unique opportunity to receive leadership development training and to network with rising leaders from around the globe. Approximately 30 candidates will be selected.

2020 Leadership Development Program Announcement

Awardees will receive:

• Admission to the invitation-only leadership face-to-face development 1.5 day training course: September 23rd (13.00 – 18.00) & 24th (8.30 – 18.00)
• Admission to the 1st North American Epilepsy Congress, from September 25th – 27th, 2020;
• Lunch with ILAE Executive leaders; and
• Certificate of completion
