Chapter Spotlight: Mali
As part of the awareness about teratogeny of antiepileptic drugs, the Malian League Against Epilepsy held a postgraduate course on Saturday 23 March 2019 in collaboration with the societies of Neurology, Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Pediatrics.
The course was attended by neurologists, gynecologists, paediatricians, and medical students as well as paramedics.and patients.
The course focused on the following themes:
- Woman and epilepsy: specificity of care (led by Professor Youssoufa MAIGA, Neurologist).
- Teratogeny of antiepileptics (led by Professor Youssouf Traoré, Gynecologist).
