2008 Presidential Election - Questions for the Candiates

In response to requests of some Chapters to direct questions to the candidates for ILAE President, we have established this question and answer page.  Any chapter that would like to put specific questions to the three candidates can do so by sending the question directly to each of them.  Martin, Esper and Nico have kindly agreed to prepare responses to the questions for posting on this page.  Please submit questions by June 15, 2008.
