Ambassador for Epilepsy Award 2023

Fredrick Beuchi is 33 years old and from Nairobi in Kenya. His professional study background is theology and counselling. He works as a Chaplain of the Methodist Church in Kenya Institutions. He is also a caregiver of a sister living with epilepsy and is privileged to serve the National Epilepsy Coordination Committee Kenya as the National Secretary. He is a co-founder of the Foundation for People with Epilepsy Organization and a volunteer member of Kenya Society For Epilepsy. His passion for epilepsy awareness is inspired by his sister who was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of two years. She is now 16 years old and has been seizure free for five years. Through her, he has become a full time epilepsy awareness activist serving 10 years to date advocating for epilepsy awareness through expeditions and fashion events.
