Qifu Tan
Professor Qifu Tan is a pioneer in the surgical treatment of epilepsy and has been in the field of epilepsy surgery for more than fifty years, designing intracranial electrodes and a system for cerebellar stimulation. He has supervised many post-graduates, trained physicians, and helped other hospitals to establish programs for epilepsy surgery. Professor Qifu Tan is one of the founders of the China Association Against Epilepsy(CAAE) and has made great contributions to the development of the CAAE.
