13th International Epilepsy Colloquium (IEC)
Digital event
20 - 22 May 2021
In light of the uncertain months ahead, the 13th International Epilepsy Colloquium will transition to a digital event in May 20-22, 2021.
Today, more than ever, the goal of this colloquium is to bring together worldwide leaders involved in epilepsy to discuss new results, candidate therapeutics, and methodological issues.
We are confident that this is the best option to enable us to deliver a high-level scientific program in a safe environment and to allow for maximum participation.
The 2021 conference will discuss all aspects of the early onset childhood epilepsies, including diagnostics, treatments, as well as outcomes.
- Eminent experts in the field, mainly from the US and from the European Reference Network centres EpiCARE, will treat all aspects related to rare and complex epilepsies.
- Challenges related to diagnostics, management and treatment decisions will be on the forefront.
- An opening lecture will reflect on where we have come, and closing we will reflect on where we are going.
We hope that you can join us virtually in May 2021 and in person for the next colloquia,
Pr. Helen Cross (London)
