It is a great privilege to welcome all of you to the 6th Eastern Mediterranean Epilepsy Congress.
The scientific committee has created a unique program with both scientific depth and practical clinical application in collaboration with academic agencies. Stimulating sessions will bring you the very best in cutting-edge epilepsy knowledge, research, and science. The conference is enriched by international and nationally renowned experts and pioneers in the field of epilepsy and neurophysiologists who will shed light on the basic and the most advanced science and technology in different aspects of epilepsy care and science. In addition, this conference provides an excellent opportunity to interact with colleagues on person and virtually as well and friends from all over the world and the region to exchange ideas and establish productive collaboration.
This congress is indeed the largest epilepsy congress in the region that is brought to you by the collaboration of the Saudi Epilepsy Society (SES), ILAE-Eastern Mediterranean and the International Epilepsy Surgery Society (IESS). The congress would provide updates in latest treatments, therapeutic strategies, diagnostic aids and clinical research in epilepsy in the EMR and around the world. In addition, the congress supports the advancement of epilepsy science and knowledge. We will continue to create sustainable scientific activities that aim to provide an in-depth understanding of epilepsy to maximize the knowledge and skills of all health care providers and scientists for optimal clinical care.
