Ambassador for Epilepsy Award 2017

Dr Terence O’Brien (Australia) is the James Stewart Professor of Medicine, and consultant neurologist at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. He is a member of the ILAE Neurobiology Commission since 2009, member of the Task Force for the Development of Research Priorities, member of the ILAE-IBE Global Research Advocacy Task Force. He is one of four co-Chairs of the joint ILAE/ AES Task Force on Recommendations for Pre-clinical Epilepsy Drug Discovery.
