Epilepsy Society of Australia 39th Annual Scientific Meeting

On behalf of the Epilepsy Society of Australia, we have great pleasure in inviting you to attend the 39th Annual Scientific Meeting, which will be held 5 - 7 November 2025 at The Westin Hotel, Perth, WA.

The major themes at the 2025 meeting will be First Seizures and Newly Diagnosed Epilepsy, Epilepsy Prevention and Treatment, and Biomarkers.

Our confirmed international guest speakers are Professors David Henshall (Dublin, Ireland), Tony Marson (Liverpool, UK), William Theodore (Bethesda, USA), and Elaine Wirrell (Rochester, USA).

We anticipate that the meeting will attract about 250 delegates from around Australia and the wider Asian & Oceanian region, including trainees, neurologists, technologists, scientists, nurses, and allied health professionals, providing great opportunity for networking and exchange of information.

The 2025 meeting will be held at the Westin Hotel in Perth city. The conference dinner will be held at the Fraser's restaurant which is perched at the top of Kings park otherwise known as the city’s emerald heart, this is one of the world’s largest inner city gardens with a view of the city skyline and the winding swan river.
