ILAE British Branch 2026 Annual Scientific Conference

CPD credits are being applied for from the Royal College of Physicians.

• Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathies
• Keynote talk- The Social Determinants of Epilepsy Risk
• Neurosurgery Session
• Platform presentations (general and neurobiology of epilepsy)
• Guided poster tour
• Excellence in Epilepsy Award Lecture

Registration and registration rates – Early bird rates are available until 17 August.

We are inviting abstract submissions in the following categories:

• General abstracts — prizes awarded as per below

• Basic Science/ Neurobiology of Epilepsy in conjunction with ERI. — prizes awarded as per below

In the ‘General Abstract’ category, prizes are awarded for the best Platform Presentations (1st prize – £250, and 2nd prize – £125).

In the ‘Basic Science/ Neurobiology of Epilepsy' category, a prize will be awarded for the best Platform Presentation on behalf of the Epilepsy Research Institute (£500). Second place will be awarded £300 by the ILAE British Branch.

Guided Poster Tour Awards:
First Prize: £200
Second Prize: £100

Abstracts submission deadline: Extended to 8 July! Please ensure that abstracts are submitted in accordance with the conference guidelines.
