Kuopio Epilepsy Symposium

We are glad to invite you to participate in the Kuopio Epilepsy Symposium, which will take place on 13-15 March 2024 in Kuopio City Theatre, Kuopio, Finland. The KES2024 program will be entirely live streamed and all content available on-demand until 15 May2024.

The symposium will be the 10th in a series of epilepsy meetings organized jointly by the Finnish Epilepsy Society, the Finnish Association of Pediatric Neurology, the Finnish Epilepsy Association, the Brain Research Unit (University of Eastern Finland) and Kuopio Epilepsy Center/Kuopio University Hospital, an EpiCARE ERN member.

We hope to bring together people working in the different fields of epileptology and to update our understanding especially of rare and complex epilepsies. In addition, the symposium serves as the platform for the YES-ILAE activity for young doctors and researchers. We will be holding an abstract competition.
