• A personal address (Institution/Company or private) and email address for each delegate are necessary to register
• Each delegate’s email address must be distinct; multiple registrations with the same email address will not be accepted
• Agencies registering delegates on behalf of any member of the pharmaceutical industry will be requested to provide the name and country of the sponsoring company. This information will be used for reporting and statistical purposes.
• Please ensure the billing details are entered correctly as invoices receipts cannot be changed later

• A PayPal account is not required to proceed with card payment. You can select to continue to payment without a PayPal account.

• Up to one transfer of ticket is free of charge provided that the new delegate fits the same registration category and World Bank Income bracket as the original delegate.
• Any further ticket changes will be subject to a fee of 150 euros, provided that the new delegate fits the same registration category and World Bank Income bracket as the original delegate. A maximum number of 1 name transfer per ticket.
• To qualify for the early registration rate, payment must be received on/before 09 May. All delegates’ names and contact details for paid early registrations must be received by 1 August 2025. Changes not possible after this date, therefore a new ticket will need to purchase

Pre-registration is advised through the online registration system because places are limited and cannot be guaranteed. • Delegates registered by, or with support, from pharmaceutical, medical device companies or other industry partners should check with the company that registered them if they are permitted to attend the welcoming ceremony/reception for compliance reasons.

Visa Information (Portugal)

To enter Portugal, you may need a passport and/or a visa, depending on the country you live in. Citizens from the European Community don’t need a Visa for entering Portugal. Portugal is also a signatory to the 1995 Schengen Agreement

Cancellations must be made by email to registration@ilae.org quoting your invoice number. Currency exchange gains/losses are the responsibility of the registrant, and the Congress Secretariat will not accept liability for money loss through bank charges, transfers or currency fluctuations.

Refunds will be settled within two months of the congress, to facilitate necessary organizational and logistical procedures. Cancellation of registration fees is as follows:

• On or before 02 May 2025: Registration fees refunded, minus €50 administration fee
• 03 May - 11 July 2025: 50% registration fees refunded
• 12 July - 15 August 2025: 20% registration fees refunded
• From 16 August 2025: No refunds
