What is the difference between the ILAE School on Neuroimaging and the Online Lecture series?
The Online Lecture Series is the virtual component. If you registered for online-only participation for the ILAE School on Neuroimaging previously and want to attend online again, you should register for the Lecture Series.
If you want the full workshop learning experience, you should register for the in-person ILAE School on Neuroimaging and plan to join the faculty in-person in Potsdam, Germany from 6 - 9 May after you have watched the online lectures.
I have registered for the in-person ILAE School on Neuroimaging, can I also watch the lectures?
Yes! You will be registered for the Online Lecture Series as well, it’s included with your registration for the School on Neuroimaging. All participants in the in-person workshop should watch the lectures in advance of their arrival in Potsdam.
I have registered for Online Lecture Series but haven’t received a link for the livestream. What should I do?
Zoom sessions links to join our lectures on 6 and 13 March 2026 were sent to you upon your registration. You should also receive automated reminders 24 hours before each session. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder.
Note: The links for March 6 and March 13 will be different.
If I apply for online attendance, can I also participate in workshops or the poster session?
No, unfortunately not. Online registration grants only access to the live stream of our lectures taking place on 6 and 13 March 2026 (2:00pm – 6:00pm CET).
If I applied online, can I access the lectures after the event?
Yes, you can. Lectures will be made available on demand until 9 May 2026.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes, the certificate of attendance will be provided after the event for live virtual participants and will be issued under the name and personal details provided in the online registration form. No certificates will be issued for on-demand viewing, to receive a certificate you must watch the virtual session live.
Certificates for in-person participants will be sent following the workshop.
When I participate on-site, will I have any extra costs for food or a hotel room?
The participation fee includes:
- Three nights hotel accommodation at the Seminaris SeeHotel Potsdam in a single ensuite room
- Meals, beverages and snacks during coffee breaks
- If you are attending the School on Neuroimaging, you are automatically registered for the Online Lecture Series on the 6 and 13 March, including on-demand access until 9 May
- On-demand access of the Lecture Series following the sessions until 9 May
- Certificate of Attendance following survey
I have tried to register for on-site participation, but received an automated message telling me that registration is closed. Is there a waiting list or any other way to register?
Thank you very much for your interest in our Neuroimaging School! We have only a limited number of places for on-site participation and are sorry that you can’t join us this year. Please try again next year and in the meantime register for the online lecture series.
Are bursaries available for participants?
Online Lecture Series
Participants from approved countries may register for discounted registration categories (Upper-middle income and low income).
- Upper-Middle Income countries, 60 Euros
- Lower-Middle or Low-Income countries, 30 Euros
ILAE School on Neuroimaging
A limited number of partial bursaries are available for participants from lower-income countries for participation in the on-site workshop. To be considered for a bursary, you must submit the application by 12 February. The bursary rate for upper-income countries is 800 Euros and low or lower-middle income countries is 500 Euros.
