Harinarayan Young Neuroscientist Award
The Harinarayan Young Neuroscientist Award of ILAE Neurobiology Commission is designed to reward young basic science investigators (within 10 years of completing PhD or MD training) that submit an abstract to the ILAE Congress.
The Award is generously supported by a donation of the Harinarayan Family. Candidates are selected by the members of the Neurobiology Commission. The Prize ($2,000) is acknowledged during the Welcome Ceremony of the ILAE International Epilepsy Congress and is awarded during the Neurobiology Symposium at the congress.
Application process: Applicants submit an abstract to the ILAE International Epilepsy Congress together with their biosketch, including publications, and a letter from their department director or chair confirming their eligibility for the award. Documents can be uploaded during the abstract submission. Two awardees are selected by the members of the Neurobiology Commission of the ILAE. Abstract submission is now closed.
