The CCD use indigenous suppliers from all over Ireland who champion sustainable practices and ensure that the food is fresher, tastier and as nutritious as possible.
There will be clearly indicated recycling bins located around the venue. Please do not hesitate to ask a steward or staff member if you are unsure which items should be placed in which particular bin. Your contribution can help us recycle our surplus items during the congress.
Bring Your Own:
We are encouraging everyone to bring your own recyclable and/or reusable water bottle. We will have plenty of water coolers on site that you can refill your bottle from. We also encourage delegates to bring your own bag if you wish as we will not be providing congress bags at the registration desk.
